In general
• According to law, as my business a home production without VAT registry, I am not allowed to set up an online store to sell food. Therefore, my products cannot be purchased and paid for via this website. You can only read the information on the website and order via email or SMS.
• I do not have a physical store and my products cannot be bought from other stores.
• I plan to participate in various fairs in the future where you can taste and buy my products. Fairs and dates will be announced here on the website.
• I will be gateful if you let me know local fairs arround you that I can present my chocolates.
Order
• All communication and ordering takes place via my email address, sms or WhatsApp.
• In the case of special requests (regarding ingredients or mixing ratio), the minimum order is 900 grams (due to technical reasons) and price, production time and shipping may therefore vary.
• Custom rules should be considered for orders from outside of EU.
Shipment
• I will send the package with GLS or PostNord and state the price in my order confirmation email.
• Orders can also be picked up/delivered in 8860 Ulstrup and surrounding areas and 8684 Galten and surrounding areas by agreement (at no additional cost).

• All personal information relating to your emails remains protected on my PC and is never passed on to anyone.

Right of withdrawal
• You have right to full refund if you will be unsatisfied with the chocolate.
